We are developing techniques to recover in situ profiles of permeability in sand aquifers using direct push methods. These methods use profiles of penetration-induced pore pressures recovered from cone penetrometer soundings (uCPT), and co-located permeameter and vision-cone measurements, at sites in Delaware, Michigan, and Kansas.
